The Comment counter displays the number of comments YOU left on myjiolife pages (for videos, in user profiles, etc.). To check the comments that were left by other USERS on YOUR Profile page, Photo, or Video, go to Notifications >> (bell icon) > Mark comments on the right.
How can I recover my password?

What are Favorites?

What does it mean when a user’s icon says “retired”?
That means that the user’s account has been closed. However, in certain cases the user has the option to restore his/her account.
How is comment rank calculated?
Rank is based on the amount of posted comments, as follows:

A video from my favorites has been deleted. Why?
It has been removed either by the uploader or by our moderation team.

You have to press the block user button (padlock icon) on his/her profile page, or select “Block user” from the dropdown menu in the message’s top right corner.

What is the maximum number of friends allowed?
Unlimited.
How can I deactivate/delete my account?
Log into your account, then go to Edit and click ‘Disable account’. Then, you can either click ‘Deactivate account’ or ‘Delete account’ and enter your password. Now, all you have to do is click ‘Deactivate account’. In accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://myjiolife.com/info/privacy), you also have the right to delete your account and all information that we store about you. In order to do so, please contact us through our Contact us/Single point of contact, select the ‘Privacy/GDPR Requests’ option and then select the ‘Request to Erase Personal Information and Close Account’ option.

I can’t leave comments to videos/photos/blogs/etc. What’s wrong?
You need to verify your email address to be able to comment. To verify, please follow this link: https://myjiolife.com/account_settings.php?tab=email.
Spam sanctions
Moderators can issue warnings regarding spamming, at their discretion. First warning results in blocking the user’s ability to comment, send private messages, and create blog posts for one week. If a spamming incident is detected after the first warning, the user will be blocked for 30 days. If a spamming incident is detected after the 30-day block, the user’s ability to comment, send private messages, and create blog posts will be permanently disabled. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to ban spammers permanently without providing any prior notice.
How can I watch videos?
We recommend you use the latest version of your internet browser. Please check if you have any ad blocker or ref blocker programs or extensions installed, as those can potentially block our video player. Try clearing your cookies and cache and if this doesn’t help, please contact us through our Contact us/Single point of contact and select the ‘Technical’ option. We recommend beginning your description with “Video Player Problems” to enable us to better assist.

It is possible that your account has been closed (in this case you can see status “inactive” on the page of your account) or if you have disabled cookies, that are necessary to be enable for you to log into our website. How can I delete a video from my favorites?
Go to Favorites, click Trash icon on the video thumb, and then click Remove if you are sure you want to delete selected item from Favorites.
How can I delete a picture from my favorites?
Choose a Gallery or a Photo, then click Trash icon and click Remove if you are sure you want to delete selected item from Favorites.
How can I add avatars?
On profile edit page click Upload main photo, then click UPLOAD PHOTO or TAKE PHOTO, after that click the Save button. Same can be done by clicking your profile picture in the left top corner of the profile.

Uploads

What rules do I have to follow when uploading content to myjiolife?
— Content involving underage persons, animals, rape, incest, violence, blood, shitting, vomit, drunk, drugged, passed out or sleeping persons, and any content shot and/or shared without consent of the persons appearing in it is strictly forbidden
— If you upload any illegal content, your account will be deleted completely and you will be reported to the competent authorities. For more information read our User Agreement: https://myjiolife.com/info/terms
— Don’t upload someone else’s videos (duplicates). Duplicates do not make views and generate no revenue.
Important: You need to own the rights for the content. Be prepared to provide certain documents (2257, IDs, model releases)
I’ve uploaded a video, when will it become active?
Your video needs to be converted, usually it takes approximately 4 days. The status of your video can be checked in your profile.
Why was my video/photo deleted?
We remove videos and photos that violate our Terms and Conditions / User Agreement.
Never upload:
– Copyrighted videos/photos or videos/photos for which you don’t have the legal rights to post
– Videos/photos with shitting, pooping, etc.
– Videos/photos involving animals
– Videos/photos involving underage persons, also videos/photos with persons looking underage
– Videos/photos with violence (rape or harm to body)
– Videos/photos that depict or imply prostitution or any other forms of offering money in exchange for sex
– Incest videos/photos or videos/photos with incest related titles
– Very bad quality videos/photos
– Videos/photos that contain gambling advertising
We also remove reposts and broken files (files with conversion errors).
I’ve uploaded a video, and its status is “Conversion error”. What does this mean?
It means that your video codec was not recognized by our system, therefore please convert the file into another format. Supported file types are wma, wmv, mpg3, mpg, mpeg, avi, mov, flv, mp4, 3gp, asf, m4v, mts, mkv, webm, f4v. Avi and wmv files would be the best choice.
My photo gallery niches have been changed to Men. How can I revert them?
Please note that if there is a solo male picture in the gallery, then the whole gallery will be changed to the niche tag “Men”.
Why are channels changed for my video?
We move solo men videos to either “Men” or “Gays”, depending on the content. We do not allow category changes in the “Men” channel. Please note that this categorization of content is only made for the convenience of our users and does not dictate or determine your orientation in any way.
What codecs are suitable for uploading on myjiolife.com?
Click here to see the full list of codecs supported by our FFMPEG converter. If you don’t know what codec was used in your video, you can check it with special software. The list of such software is available here.
One of my uploads has had the status “converting” for 5 days now.
Unfortunately, we had an error during conversion of this video. Please re-upload it. If you need further assistance, please contact us through our Contact us/Single point of contact and select the ‘Technical’ option.
How can I restore videos / pictures / posts that I have deleted
Unfortunately, there is no way to restore them. You will have to upload them again.
How can I remove my video?
If you’re certain you want to delete something, choose video from your list, click Trash icon on the thumb, and click Yes. Alternatively, you can switch to Edit mode in your Video list and click Delete under the video description, then choose Yes.
How can I upload photos to myjiolife?
Currently, photo and video uploads are available for Verified Members only.

Could you add a video titled “***”? Please help me find the video “***”.
myjiolife is a place for user-generated content. Uploads are not made by us.
I’ve uploaded a picture or a video for the Introduction, but it has never appeared. What’s wrong?

I would like to prove that I am a real person, and get the community user stamp in my profile, but don’t want to show my face.
You can choose to hide your introduction at the upload stage, making it private and visible only to myjiolife staff. In this case, it won’t be displayed in your profile.
How can I remove my pictures?
Use the following link click the Pencil icon to Edit Gallery, click the Trash icon on the Photo thumb to delete Photo from the Gallery.
What photos can I upload to the site?
You can only upload photos which do not violate our Terms and Conditions (available via link https://myjiolife.com/info/terms) and for which you have legal rights. Please note that you may be requested to provide the documents of each person appearing in the photos.
What does nudity mean?
This is a display of private parts of bodies in a video production. This can range from partial nudity, in which only certain parts of the body are exposed, to full nudity, in which the entire body is shown.
